Eph 5:16 ISV making the best use of your time because the times are evil.
God has brought us into a new week by His mighty power and we give glory to His name. Today, I encourage us to make the best use of time, given the days we are in. This will mean different things to different people. It is good to meditate on what God is saying to you through this. There are so many things ready to distract us and make us lose hope in God.
We can decide to increase our faith in God no matter what and make more treasure in heaven, for this is a temporary place. Be determined to love God and stand for righteousness even if you don’t see or get the promise as men of faith in Hebrews 11. God knows what He is doing. Let us pray.
1. Thank God for the grace to see this day. Thank Him for the plan He has for you.
2. Pray that you will grow in strength this week. That your joy will be full as the spirit supplies you with strength and power.
3. Pray that the Lord will keep you focused on the Word. That your faith will not fail.
4. Pray that you will be at the right place at the right time, think the right thoughts always, and speak the right words at the right time.
5. Pray that you will make the most of your time of waiting and sojourn on the earth. Your life will bring God glory in Jesus’ name. Amen.
