Pro 17:22 KJV A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.
Today,we shall pray with the above scripture. Here, the benefits of a merry heart are likened to medicine. Medicine is necessary for health, wellbeing, recovery, and survival. When we are well, we live longer and enjoy life better. Illness or loneliness,emotional pain and more dries up the bones. They make life difficult for us.
We shall pray this week that our hearts will be merry despite the wait. Amen.
Let us pray.
1. Thank God for the new week. Thank God for the grace to see this day. Thank Him because He is mindful of you and working out the best for you.
2. Pray that your heart will be merry. That the Holy spirit will give you a song from within. Pray that there will be a release of grace unto you and that your heart will know the joy if the Lord.
3. Pray for strength in your inner man. That every broken area of your life will know the strength of God this week. Let dry bones and all areas of dryness receive replenishment in Jesus’ name.
4. Thank Him because this will be a great week. You will experience the joy of the Lord and your heart will know the peace of God in Jesus’ name. Amen.
