The joy of the LORD is our strength. It’s that time of the week where we need to reset our minds as we prepare for everything new. To do exploits this week and month, we need strength. The passage of scripture above makes us know it comes from knowing God. It comes from experiencing God. Jacob was in God’s presence in Genesis, but he didn’t realise it. He thought it was a dream. This year, we pray we will experience God! In your own special way and you will have a new story, full of grace and truth. Let us pray.

- Let us thank God for keeping us till this time. We didn’t break or give up. We are still here. Thank Him because He has a plan for you and is working things out.
- Pray that you will experience Him this year. Pray that you will see His hand, your desire to see His power in your life will come to pass. Pray that your life will not remain same again as you do.
- Draw strength from Him, tell God that in this year, you will know the strength of the Lord. Pray that God will lead you in the path of peace to cross paths with your husband. You will not waste opportunities, but will be apt in all you do.
- Pray that you will not be a spectator, but will take your rightful place. You will be at the centre stage this year because the set time to favour Zion is now.
