Isa 50:7 KJV For the Lord GOD will help me; therefore shall I not be confounded: therefore have I set my face like a flint, and I know that I shall not be ashamed.
What a bold declaration by the prophet in this passage. I would like to encourage you to set your face like a flint and make this bold declaration as we begin a new week. God is at work in you and for you. He is faithful to His promises and you will not be ashamed.
Let us pray.
1. Thank God for the new week. That you are in God’s thoughts and there is a plan for you.
2. Ask the Lord to help you this week in all your endeavours. Pray that you will know His hand this week.
3. Declare that you will not be confounded because the Lord is your help. You will not be ashamed because the word works mightily in you. You are and your life will be a living proof that Jesus is alive.
4. Thank God because you receive the oil of joy right now. Your week is blessed in Jesus’ name. You will not be confounded, but enjoy the benefits of knowing Jesus this week and beyond. Amen.
