Heb 10:35 NET So do not throw away your confidence, because it has great reward.
One of the greatest challenges in waiting for God is keeping our hope and confidence alive in God.
Sometimes, we feel like giving up. Abraham would have felt that way most times. Today, I encourage us not to throw away our confidence in God, that assurance that He is with us and will settle us. Your confidence in Jesus will enable you to identify what God has in store and help you enter the promise.
Let us pray
1. Thank God for the grace to see this day. Thank God for sustaining you. If it had not been for the Lord on our side, we will not be here.
2. Commit your heart to the Lord. Tell God how you feel. Tell Him your confidence is in Him and His word. You are earnestly waiting for the Lord.
3. Pray that it will strengthen your heart today to see what is happening through the eyes of God. Cast your cares upon the Lord now and let Him carry you.
4. Finally, give thanks to God for answering prayers. Thank God because your week is blessed and will be different in Jesus’ name. Amen.
